Since opening the first clinic in Edogawa-ku, Tokyo in 1993 (H5), we have consistently been in the eyes of users (tenants).
We have been working to provide “friendly medical / nursing care” and “really necessary medical / nursing care services”.
All clinics are located in front of the highly convenient station, and night clinics, holiday clinics, sick child care rooms, etc. are introduced as soon as possible.
We have been actively developing the services necessary for the new era.
Putting patients and users (residents) first, we have seriously considered the future of medical and long-term care and have put it into practice.
Furthermore, medical / nursing care for the elderly, dementia hospitals, medical treatment hospitals, establishment of new elderly health facilities, etc.
We have continued to move forward while firmly accepting changes in social conditions and the needs of the times.
We believe that it is our mission to protect the health and smiles of the local people.

We started hiring foreign nationals in 2012, and currently more than 150 people are working.
Nationalities vary from Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, China, South Korea, Taiwan, Nepal, Myanmar, Cameroon, Mongolia and Uzbekistan.
It is not easy to work in a language other than your native language and in an environment and culture that is different from what you are accustomed to.
I want to work as a nursing / nursing professional in Japan in the tums group! We will do our best to support those who say.
Foreign nationals also have the opportunity to advance their careers. Seniors who joined the company in 2015 and passed the national examination for certified care workers are now active as unit leaders.
One of the strengths of the tums group is that seniors of the same nationality can help if there are any concerns or problems.
