■Terms/Condition
1. Japanese proficiency level 3 above.
2. 1-year experience in Nursing care or more.
3. Qualified personnel (Basic dementia care training, initial training, practical training, certified care worker)
4. A person who finds nursing care is worth doing and wants to work for a long time.

■Benefits
Full-time employee *3-month trial period
Monthly salary: 219,000 yen or more (excluding night shift allowance)
Night shift allowance: 10,000 yen/yen, about 4 times a month
800 yen per day for Sundays and Holidays allowance.
There is salary increase systems.
Bonus: Twice a year (3 months’ salary equivalent to the previous year’s performance) *Varies depending on time of joining.
Number of holidays per year: 119
Working hours: 8:45-17:45 (day shift), early shift, late shift, and night shift available

Dormitory (single dormitory): 30,000 yen/month *Utility costs are to be borne by the student
