TOWAKAI UNIVERSAL MEDICAL SERVICE
A:I was very impressed with the Japanese anime I saw when I was in high school, and I want to go to a country that makes such wonderful anime! I came to think so. After arriving in Japan, I saw the long-desired cherry blossoms and climbed Mt. Fuji. There are many other places I would like to visit. When the corona converges, I would like to go to the Urayasu theme park.
A:When I came to Japan at the age of 19, I graduated from a Japanese language vocational school, and then attended a welfare vocational school, my teacher introduced me to the tums group.
When I met the facility manager and deputy chief of tums SAKURA no MORI EDOGAWA at the interview, I thought they were really kind people. At that time, there weren’t many Vietnamese in tums SAKURA no MORI EDOGAWA, so I thought, “I wonder if I should choose this place” in terms of the number of people, but the number of Vietnamese has increased significantly since I joined the company. I did (laughs).
A:My younger brother has a bad leg and has been unable to walk since childhood, so he lives in a wheelchair.
I used to call a supporter to help my brother walk at home, and there are people in the world who can reach out like this, so I thought my brother could continue to live happily. rice field.
However, it costs money to hire a supporter, so now my family is helping my brother. My family does not have long-term care expertise, so I decided to study and help my family.
A:It’s a work that moves the body, so sometimes I get muscle pain, but I don’t feel any pain. Maybe because I’m still young! ?? If you don’t speak Japanese or feel lack of knowledge, I think it’s still a long way off.
I feel frustrated when I can’t understand the words of the elderly. There was a setsubun in February, but I didn’t know about this event until I came to tums SAKURA no MORI EDOGAWA. For the first time, I learned the meaning of the words “Oni is outside, Fuku is inside”, and I am surprised and discovered every day.
A:During conversations with users, you may be taught Japanese that you do not understand. I’m very happy with that. Also, I am happy to be able to deepen friendships with foreign friends I met in the tums group.
I’m Chinese, Indonesian, Filipino, and Vietnamese in the same unit, so it was good before the corona epidemic, and after work, we all went to yakiniku and karaoke on holidays. spent. The story of Japanese entertainers and love bana are iron plate material.
A:I’m doing my best in Japanese both now and in the past. When I was working part-time at a cafeteria while attending a vocational school, I increased my vocabulary while talking to friendly customers. Recently, my goal is to speak the Japanese I learned like Japanese by watching movies and being aware of it in daily conversation.
Regarding work, it’s been two years since I came to tums SAKURA no MORI EDOGAWA, and I think I’ve mastered all the work. There are many foreigners in tums SAKURA no MORI EDOGAWA, but the leaders and other Japanese staff are treated equally regardless of nationality. I am confident that I am able to enter the night shift thanks to the kind, easy-to-speak, and kindly staff members who tell me what I don’t understand.
A:I was a little angry, but for some reason I had a male resident who treated me gently. I’m glad to think that my existence is the reason for my calm.
But I’m really happy that the resident just remembers my name and speaks to me.
A:In Vietnam, I don’t use trains as a means of transportation, so I got lost every day right after I came to Japan (laughs).
I’ve been to Osaka on the Shinkansen, but I’m surprised at the speed. I feel that Japan is a country where everything is convenient and comfortable to live in.
If I was asked whether I would live in Vietnam or Japan for a long time, I miss seeing my family, but I feel like I would say Japan.
A:It is not easy for foreigners to rent a house. There are both contract issues and rent issues.
When you came to Japan, you lived in one room with five people. Being able to join the tums group has stabilized my life and made it possible for me to live alone. I’m really happy to be able to work in tums SAKURA no MORI EDOGAWA.
A:My dream is to get a certified certified care worker first, and in the future I will return to Vietnam to create a nursing care facility like tums SAKURA no MORI EDOGAWA.
There are not many welfare facilities in Vietnam, and families often provide long-term care. Besides, if the elderly get sick, they will be hospitalized, but they will not be able to stay for a long time and will go home. Therefore, the age at which the elderly die is lower than in Japan. I would like to bring back what I learned in tums SAKURA no MORI EDOGAWA and help Vietnamese people to spend a long and prosperous life. Before that, in the near future, I would like to invite my parents and younger brother to Japan for sightseeing together!
A:Other than the tums group, there are welfare corporations that employ foreigners.
When I ask a friend, it seems that what I said at the time of the interview is different from what I actually did at the site, but I have never felt that way.
I thought the tums group was a corporation without lies. I often get in touch with people who have decided to join the company but are unable to come to Japan due to the corona, but each time I tell them that the tums group is okay. Please challenge with confidence. I am looking forward to seeing you all.
