■Terms/Condition
1. Japanese proficiency level 3 above.
2. 1-year experience in Nursing care or more.
3. A person who finds nursing care is worth doing and wants to work for a long time.
■Benefits
Monthly salary is 219,000 yen above. (Night shift allowance not included) *3 months’ trial period.
10,000-yen allowance per Night shift.
800 yen per day for Sundays and Holidays allowance.
There is salary increase systems.
Twice a year bonus.※The amount paid varies depending on the evaluation.
Guaranteed Social Security insurance, 117 days off per year. (FY2024)
Support system in obtaining a license/qualification (Beginner training and Prectical training)
Working hours: 8:45～17:45
There are early shifts, late shifts and night shifts.
■Fully equipped dormitory/apartment (single person dormitory/apartment) 30,000 yen per month. *Utility expense at one’s own expense*
